Dr Sean Ng, an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Gleneagles Hospital, completed his orthopaedic foot and ankle training (Ministry of Health Human Manpower Development Programme) at the Hopitaux Universitaires de Geneve (HUG) in Geneva, Switzerland.

Besides being trained in general orthopaedics, arthritis, and trauma surgery, Dr Ng has an active interest in foot and ankle surgery, especially in percutaneous and minimally invasive surgery of the foot. He is also a member of the GRECMIP (European Group for the Study and Research of Minimally Invasive Surgery of the Foot and Ankle).

Dr Ng is highly involved in undergraduate and post-graduate medical teaching and training. He has served as a reviewer for several medical journals, published papers in many peer reviewed journals, and has taken part in numerous international conferences
